The following terms and conditions govern your access and ability to use the services of Content Dino (hereinafter referred to as “the company”, “the service”, “we”, or “us”) and our site ContentDino.com (hereinafter referred to as “the site”). We reserve the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions as we see fit without providing any prior notification. By using the company’s services, you agree to abide by the following terms of service:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE: This Agreement is an electronic contract that covers the legally binding terms of your use of the Site and the Service. This Agreement may be modified by ContentDino.com at any time. By using the service you agree to the terms and conditions herein. By using our service you consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form.
2. DELIVERY: The company delivers all orders in as little time as possible, with various turnaround times. Urgent orders with specific deadlines are prioritized.
The company cannot guarantee that the first draft of the ordered content will be deemed satisfactory by the client, and as such, the client is responsible for anticipating any additional time that may be required for potential revisions and adjusting the deadline accordingly.
All orders are delivered to the client via email, and the client is required to review and accept the delivered content or make a revision request within 3 days of receiving said content. Should the client fail to do so, the company is not obligated to provide revisions after the specified period of time.
3. REVISIONS: The client is responsible for delivering accurate instructions and clearly outlining the desired content and format of the order from the time of the original order. In the event we misinterpret or overlook a part of your instructions and within 3 days of your order being delivered, you can request a revision through email at roar@contentdino.com or private/direct message.
After the 3 day period has passed, the order is considered completed and no further action can be taken. Changes that were not included in the client’s original instructions or that deviate from the original instructions will not qualify for a revision and those requests will be rejected and you agree we are under NO obligation to accept such requests. In the event that we clearly deviated from your instructions, changes will be made at no additional cost.
Revisions are always done by the same writer who wrote your original content. We cannot have a different writer revise articles written by someone else.
4. REFUNDS: Due to the customized nature and made to order process of the services rendered by Content Dino, all sales are considered final. Content writing is customized to meet the needs of the client and made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can’t be cancelled or refunded. By submitting your order through ContentDino.com you are indicating that you understand that your content order is not refundable, but that we will accept revisions that comply with our Revisions policy. If we determine that we cannot fulfill your order or you ordered and decided to cancel the project before we started and we agree to a refund, there will be a $1 fee deducted from your payment to cover processing and transactional fees associated with your payment. Chargebacks or disputes with any bank, processor, credit card, or any financial Institution will be contested by Content Dino to the most stringent extent of the dispute process and also result in a FULL, IMMEDIATE, AND COMPLETE BAN and YOU ARE CUT OFF. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. DISPUTES: Disputing or charging back an order results in an immediate ban from all Content Dino and affiliate services and immediate revocation of buyers ownership to any content ever provided to the customer by Content Dino, and forfeiting that ownership over to Content Dino. Regardless of the outcome of said dispute, the rights to the articles still remain property of Content Dino indefinitely and cannot be used or published by the buyer in any manner or fashion, online or offline. We will pursue any violation of this entire agreement to the fullest extent of the law and recover any losses with ardent dedication.
6. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: Content Orders by Content Dino are ghostwritten by default, unless otherwise previously agreed upon, meaning all use and ownership rights are transferred to the client upon delivery of the content. In all scenarios, the company retains a copy of each piece of content produced for legal purposes. In the event that you post a negative public review or claim about any aspect of the quality of the content, you immediately waive any and all exclusive publishing rights to the articles and agree that the content you ordered may be posted online anywhere and as many times as Content Dino chooses in order to allow others to determine the accuracy of your claims.
7. PLAGIARISM/COPYSCAPE: We have a strict no-plagiarism tolerance policy here at Content Dino. We allow a margin of duplicate content if it falls under direct, attributed questions, product/brand names and keywords, etc. but all Unique Content is not copied and plagiarism-free and Rewriting Services are done with the idea of returning as unique of an article as we can. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms. We are not legally responsible for high percentage of Copyscape failure, but if you find that your article contains more than 8% of duplicate content on Copyscape, please contact us and we will revise it. We only guarantee Copyscape passed content in line with the previous specifications and other plagiarism checkers will not be accepted as proof of plagiarism due to their unreliable nature. Due to the complicated nature of proving the publication date of online content, we do not accept notices of alleged plagiarism after 5 days have passed since the delivery of your order.
8. REVIEWS: We welcome reviews about our service whether positive or negative in nature. However in the event you make negative claims about the quality of the content returned to you in any way, we reserve the right to post said articles online for user feedback and apply any bans as we decide. You waive your exclusive ownership rights to the articles by making negative and/or inaccurate public claims about quality. 9. COMMUNICATIONS: By ordering from Content Dino you agree to be placed on our email and phone list. We will email or call you about the status of your order for the purposes of delivering completed content and we may also send you commercial emails and promotions for other products and services owned by us or third parties. By using Content Dino, you agree and expressly consent, authorize, and request that Content Dino and/or its related and affiliated entities and successors contact you regarding promotional offers by mail at any addresses you provide, via telephone or SMS message at any number(s) you provide, whether it be a cell, office, home, voip, or other telephone number, whether the communication is by an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded message or otherwise, and through e-mail at any email addresses provided regardless of any prior election to the contrary. You understand that you are not required to give consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Upon paying for the company’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of our terms and policies listed above.
